Dan and I met Drury in early October 2016. He helped us start the search for our perfect home. He helped us develop a plan to make our purchase a reality and we eventually started the house hunt. Drury was very helpful and always willing to check out a property of interest.

After comparing many options Drury helped us prepare offers that were accepted, however; after having the home inspection advise against the purchase we decided to back away. Finally, in April 2018 we found the home we were looking for! After much tenacity and negotiation we got a great deal and are so happy about our purchase.

When I met Drury and his partner Cyril, my home had been on the market for months and I had gotten only offers way under the asking price. I had almost given up. They came in and staged my home, organized painting and small cosmetic repairs, and took fresh professional photos. They re-listed my home on MLS at a substantially higher price!
